Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice in order to avoid any cancellation or no show fees of 20% of your service. A non-refundable deposit of 20% of your service is required for booking. Deposit goes towards your service.
Refinement sessions are offered at the expense of the stylist who performed the initial service, if requested within one week of the initial appointment
